Bene Finance is a trading name of C JEV LTD. A complaint about a separate business-finance provider should also be sent directly to that provider using the complaints information it supplies.
How to raise a complaint
Email enquiries@benefinance.co.uk with the subject “Complaint”, or write to C JEV LTD, Suite 15a Stone Cross Place, Stone Cross Lane North, Warrington, Lancashire, England, WA3 2SH. Include your name, business name if applicable, preferred contact details, what happened, when it happened and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include bank statements, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Referral and portal concerns
You may also report a referring-business conduct issue or a portal-security concern. In the description, include only the referring business and the opaque Bene case reference, shown as BFR-..., where known. You may still give your own preferred contact details so C JEV LTD can respond.
Do not send or forward a login link, confirmation token, session cookie, customer documents, bank statements, identity records, other people's contact details or unrelated sensitive information. C JEV LTD will ask separately if proportionate information is needed to investigate.
What happens next
The concern will be recorded and reviewed against the website, enquiry or data-handling records available. For a data-protection complaint, C JEV LTD will acknowledge and investigate it without undue delay and within applicable legal timescales, keep you informed where the investigation takes time and explain the outcome when the review is complete. We may ask for clarification, explain any action taken and identify another organisation if the matter belongs to a third-party provider.
Data-protection concerns
Read the Privacy & data-use notice for information about your rights. If you remain unhappy after raising the issue with C JEV LTD, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Finance-provider complaints
If a provider has contacted you or arranged a product, it should have given you its legal identity, regulatory status and complaints process. Follow that process for complaints about its advice, application handling, lender communication or agreement.
