Commercial finance by business need

What does your business need to fund?

Explore common funding needs across working capital, assets, vehicles, property, invoices, trade, acquisitions and specialist projects. You do not need to choose a product before you enquire. Bene Finance reviews the requirement first. Any independent broker may conduct its own review, and any finance provider decides whether to assess the case or make an offer under its own criteria.

Business purposes only

Choose the closest business need.

These are examples of the business requirements you can submit through Bene Finance. You do not need to choose a product. Use these groups to describe the purpose, amount and timing. If none fits exactly, choose the specialist option and explain the requirement in your own words. Bene Finance may identify an independent broker or finance provider that could consider it, but no facility, provider or outcome is guaranteed.

Cannot see the exact requirement?

Choose the closest funding family or select “A specialist or other commercial requirement” in the enquiry. You can describe the full need without choosing a finance product.

Commercial finance readiness toolkit

Build the requirement before choosing a route.

A stronger initial enquiry explains the commercial purpose, complete amount, timing and repayment case. These prompts organise that information without recommending a product or implying that a provider is available.

  1. 01

    Purpose

What exactly will the money pay for, and what commercial result should it support?

  2. 02

    Complete amount

Does the figure include fees, installation, tax, professional costs and a sensible working-capital buffer?

  3. 03

    Timing

Is there a contractual deadline, purchase date, supplier lead time or seasonal reason behind the timescale?

  4. 04

    Business position

How long has the business traded, what is its recent turnover and is it currently profitable, breakeven, loss-making or pre-revenue?

  5. 05

    Contribution and security

What can the business contribute, and are any assets, invoices or property already subject to finance or security?

  6. 06

    Repayment case

Which existing or expected business cash flow would support repayments without relying on an uncertain personal outcome?

Commercial finance questions

Useful answers before you start an enquiry.

These answers explain the current scope and the information that can make the first review clearer.

What can commercial finance be used for?

A genuine business-purpose requirement may involve working capital, equipment, vehicles, commercial property, invoices, trade, stock, an acquisition, ownership changes or another commercial project. The purpose helps frame the enquiry but does not confirm that a product or provider is available.

What information should a business prepare?

Start with the amount, purpose, timescale and essential business position. Depending on the requirement, a provider may later request accounts, bank statements, a cash-flow forecast, credit information, asset or property details, quotes or other supporting evidence.

Is the online enquiry a finance application?

No. The form sends an initial enquiry to Bene Finance for review. It is not an application, recommendation, offer, credit decision or approval, and no broker or finance provider receives it when you first submit.

How much can I request through the form?

The displayed amount bands run from £10,000 to £20 million. These are intake bands only and do not mean that a recipient, facility or amount is available or that an enquiry will be approved.
