Bene Finance is a trading name of C JEV LTD. We receive and review commercial-finance enquiries and, where a suitable approved route exists, may introduce the business to a separately operated commercial-finance broker or provider. These terms are effective from 11 August 2026.
1. Who operates this website
Bene Finance is a trading name of C JEV LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16089456. Its registered office is Suite 312, Atlas House, Caxton Close, Wigan, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, WN3 6XU.
In these terms, “Bene Finance”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean C JEV LTD trading under the Bene Finance name.
2. What Bene Finance does
Bene Finance provides an enquiry-review and introduction service. C JEV LTD is not a lender, finance broker or financial adviser, does not compare or recommend finance, does not make lending decisions and does not handle customer funds. C JEV LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. Who may use the online enquiry form
The current online enquiry form is intended only for authorised representatives of UK limited companies and limited liability partnerships with a genuine business-purpose requirement. The amount choices shown on the form run from £10,000 to £20 million. They are intake bands only and do not mean that a recipient, facility or amount is available.
The form must not be used for residential or home mortgages, personal buy-to-let, consumer borrowing, personal expenditure, tax or accountancy services, investment advice or any other non-business purpose.
Bene Finance may also be able to consider some wholly business-purpose sole-trader requirements through a separate reviewed route. Sole traders must not use the current online form. The sole-trader readiness page is a non-transmitting question flow only: it does not create an application or enquiry, collect contact details, send answers to C JEV LTD or make an eligibility decision. Do not enter a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), National Insurance number, personal tax reference or other tax or identity information through the website.
A sole trader is the individual borrower. The FCA explains that credit broking can include an introduction to a lender or another broker and can include introductions concerning some business agreements that are otherwise exempt. Before Bene Finance can accept or introduce a sole-trader case, a suitable authorised recipient, C JEV LTD's permission or appointment position, the financial-promotion wording, fees or commission disclosure, consent, data handling, secure delivery and retention must all be confirmed. The readiness page does not mean that this route is available.
4. The initial enquiry
The website form sends the initial enquiry to C JEV LTD for Bene Finance's own review. It is not a finance application and no broker, lender or other finance provider receives it when you submit. The purpose list helps you describe a wide range of commercial requirements, including specialist requirements. It does not mean that every finance type is available or that Bene Finance has a recipient for every case.
5. A possible third-party introduction
If an approved route may fit, Bene Finance will first name each proposed independent broker or provider, explain what information it proposes to share and why, provide or link to the recipient's privacy information, and ask you separately to confirm that introduction. You can say no. No unidentified third party receives the initial enquiry under the website checkbox.
Each recipient applies its own criteria and must explain its legal identity, role, regulatory position, fees, terms and privacy practices. Bene Finance does not compare the whole market, recommend an offer or guarantee multiple introductions, the lowest rate, the best terms, approval or funding.
6. Fees and commission
Bene Finance does not charge you to submit the initial enquiry or for its initial review. Bene Finance may receive a referral fee or commission from an introduced organisation where a commercial arrangement has been agreed. Before you authorise an introduction, Bene Finance will explain whether it expects to receive a payment and provide any information it is legally required to disclose. Any third party that may charge you must explain its own fees and charges before you decide whether to proceed.
7. No application, advice or guarantee
Sending an enquiry is not a finance application, offer, approval or recommendation. It creates no obligation to proceed. Any finance discussed later will be subject to the relevant lender's assessment, status, affordability, terms and approval. No particular product, rate, amount or outcome is guaranteed.
8. Information and authority
You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate, current and supplied with the authority of the business concerned. Do not send bank statements, identity documents, personal credit information or other sensitive documents through the initial enquiry form.
9. Companies House public-register match
Where available, Bene Finance uses the Companies House Public Data API to match a supplied company number to basic public register information. If the automated service is unavailable, an enquiry with a valid-format company number may be accepted for C JEV LTD's internal manual review using the submitted company name and type. Receipt does not mean those details were matched or verified. An automated match or manual review does not verify the identity or authority of the person submitting the enquiry, ownership, current trading activity, finances, legitimacy, eligibility or creditworthiness, and it is not an endorsement by Companies House. Register information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You remain responsible for checking that the selected company is the business for which you are authorised to enquire.
10. Internal prioritisation
Business-only indicators may be used to prioritise manual follow-up. They do not create a credit score, lending decision, eligibility decision, approval likelihood or recommendation, and no lender is required to follow that internal priority.
11. Website content, acceptable use and intellectual property
Website content is general information only and may be updated without notice. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from error. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those websites control their own content and privacy practices.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with security controls or use the content in a way that infringes C JEV LTD's or another person's rights. Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding and original materials belong to C JEV LTD.
12. Responsibility and liability
Independent brokers, providers and lenders are responsible for their own communications, assessments, advice where provided, offers, fees, agreements and actions. To the extent permitted by law, C JEV LTD is not responsible for a decision made by an independent third party or for loss caused by relying on general website information instead of obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy, rights and complaints
C JEV LTD, trading as Bene Finance, is the controller of information collected directly through this website. The separate Privacy & data-use notice explains the information, purposes, recipient categories, retention criteria and rights in more detail. The complaints pageexplains how to raise a concern about the website or enquiry service. You may also email enquiries@benefinance.co.uk. Do not attach bank statements, identity documents or other sensitive financial records to an initial email.
14. Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these terms when the website, service, law or approved introduction routes change. The version in force when you submit an enquiry will apply to that website interaction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.
